Cooperative Homeownership Opportunities

UHAB is happy to announce listings for sales in HDFC co-op buildings and soon-to-be converted buildings where UHAB is acting as a development sponsor.  Does your building have a vacancy? Check out our newest member service, Market and Match, which helps your HDFC publicize apartment listings and fill vacancies.

We offer two types of listings:

UHAB supported listings

These are listings for buildings being converted into limited-equity HDFC co-ops and existing HDFCs. UHAB staff assists these buildings in the process of finding suitable tenants.  Thus, you must attend a Homeownership Workshop and submit a complete application to UHAB to be considered for these opportunities.

HDFC Referral Listings

These are co-op apartment listings for HDFCs.   Contact information is posted with each listing; UHAB staff can not assist you with these listings.  Since HDFCs are their own corporations, all decisions and actions involved in the selling process are the co-ops' responsibility.  Brokers fees may apply for these listings.
